The C++ source files provided here illustate the errata that I submitted to

CopyConst.cpp
CopyPlainOldData.cpp
Each source file was compiled by both MSVC++ 7.1 and GNU g++ (GCC) 3.3.1. The suggested fixes get "enabled" by defining the macro SUGGESTED_FIX.
